Privacy information
Your information. Clearly explained.
How this website handles information entered into the request form.
Service requests
When you submit the form, the service address, contact details and job description go over HTTPS to our request receiver on Render. We use them to respond to your inquiry. The form sends one notification to contact@h2oplumbingtx.com and one acknowledgement to the email address you entered through Mailgun. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request for automated abuse before it is accepted; the form details are not sent to Turnstile for that check. Submitting does not book an appointment.
Storage and access
The request receiver does not maintain a separate database of submissions. H2O Plumbing Authority can access the request in its business mailbox, and you receive a copy by email. Render and Mailgun may process request data and technical delivery records as part of running those services. Email copies and provider records are subject to the applicable account settings and retention practices. Please contact us to ask about a request or its deletion.
Address search
Google Maps loads when you start using the form. When you type at least three characters in the street-address field, Google receives that address text and technical information such as your IP address and website origin to suggest nearby addresses. Name, phone, email and job details are not sent for address search. Choosing a suggestion fills the street, city and ZIP; it does not verify service coverage. You can always enter your address manually. Google’s privacy policy applies: Google Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, approximate visitor cities, device types, video plays, phone-link clicks and accepted service-request forms. Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details to process this measurement. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days. We send page paths and limited campaign tags rather than complete query strings or referral URLs. Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, job addresses and descriptions are not sent to Google Analytics. Admin and editor pages are excluded, supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are respected, and advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag. Google processes data under its own privacy practices: Google Privacy Policy.
Website and external resources
First-party website analytics is disabled. Google Analytics is described above. When online requests are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile loads on the form to detect automated abuse. Opening an external resource takes you to that provider’s website.
Photos and video
Media includes supplied team and site-visit photographs, credited town images, product imagery, thumbnails from supplied films and generated service illustrations. Service illustrations show representative equipment and work, not completed H2O Plumbing Authority projects. The decorative films in the homepage header, Bertram header and shared footer load from YouTube while their sections are visible and play muted on a loop. They pause off screen or in a hidden tab. Reduced motion or a supported data-saving preference keeps locally hosted still images instead. The homepage company film loads as its section comes into view and waits for you to press play. This film also pauses off screen or in a hidden tab. On the About page, the company player loads when you choose to watch. All website films are hosted by YouTube using privacy-enhanced embeds; YouTube privacy practices apply when a player loads or plays. Preview images are served from this website. Customer and service-page players load only when selected. Dedicated film pages load an embedded player with visible controls and wait for you to press play.
